Masterclasses are specialty classes in which learning objectives are achieved through in-depth practice accompanied by detailed instruction. A masterclass is like an extended practice session, except the focus is specific, and the flow may break for comments and questions.

Your Facilitators

Laura :  Is the Director of Clinical Outreach for Charlie Health - An intensive outpatient therapy program. She has been teaching yoga for 12 years, she specializes in trauma informed yoga, hatha, yin and ashtranga. Laura has studied in Indonesia at the Power Of Now Oasis and The Himalayan Institute with a Mindfulness based Stress Reduction Certification.

Dean: Sonic Bliss Bath, Love, kindness, compassion, empathy, art, music, growth, travel, gratitude, vibrational therapy, healing, equality and peace. Dean has be offering sound bath therapy for two years after going to  Singing Bowl and Accutonics School in Nepal.

Haven provides confidential support, legal advocacy, counseling, and a safe place to stay for anyone impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, sex trafficking, and stalking. They work to empower survivors, elevate their voices, strengthen our community, hold abusers accountable, and stop the cycle of abuse.  

Haven has worked to both provide safe intervention for survivors of domestic violence, as well as to prevent future violence from occurring. They believe increased awareness through community education can make us all allies in ending domestic violence.

Haven is the only nonprofit serving survivors of domestic violence, sex trafficking and stalking in Gallatin County. Their approach makes them unique — everything they do is deeply and genuinely rooted in empowerment. They connect survivors to all the resources and help they need, while trusting they should be the one to decide what’s best for their own journey.

In the last year Haven has served 1,014 survivors: 354 received legal advocacy, 24 attended support groups, 50 received counseling, and 118 men, women, and children received shelter. Their services are for any person impacted by domestic violence, sex trafficking, or stalking. They meet survivors where they are, and offer compassionate support as they move towards a life free from violence.
