Onle : A journey through womanhood

Owner of Onle Organics, Sarah Beenet, will take participants on a journey to help unlock the code to woman and motherhood. There is an energy out there that suppresses women. We are taught to look outward for every answer. Maybe it is from fear, social pressure or self-doubt. But within us there is a power to live the life that we dream. To be as healthy as we desire, to have children that thrive, to be unstoppable.

In this workshop we are going to break down the power that lives within us. From enhancing our intuition with simple daily rituals and self-care to maximizing gut health to empower all that is possible from within. You will leave with self permission to instantly show up as the woman and leader you were born to be.

Participants will receive a  beautiful workbook, a packaged gift and we will be serving organic plant-based snacks.

Please bring comfy clothes, waterbottle and your favorite writing utensil. 

About Sarah Bennett:

I am a certified family health coach sharing the wellness and awareness that has completely changed my family and our opportunities. I empower women to take leadership in their families wellness. I specialize in gut health, hormone balance and self-care. I am a mama to four wild and free littles, homeschooling and living life on our own terms. I love inspiring others to live the life of their dreams without waiting. I believe it all starts from the inside and manifests outward.

ōNLē is a company curated from my heart. It is a collection of my passions. A place of creating, gathering and sharing bits of what makes my life the best it can be.
