About the Event
Love. At its core, is what humans since the beginning have longed for, lusted after, and embodied. Great songs, heroic tales, and potions have been crafted to call in and honor this profound power. Join me, Alyana of Wild Betty, in crafting a magical potion to call in Love. Love for oneself, love that ignites passion with another, or simply calling in Universal Love. At the heart of all magic lies intention. (Full disclosure: this will not be a spell worked to bend the will of others. This is 1000% about You, and your relationship to Love! I don't dabble in messing with others lives, and I will get into that in this class, and the reasons behind it.) The class will begin with an overview of different herbs long associated with the Heart, and in turn Love. I will go over the different ways they have been used throughout history, the history of love potions and their uses, giving you a grasp on what a potion even is! I will then lead you in a short, Heart attuning meditation, that will help you align with your own magical abilities. Then, together we will put together our own potions!
