Take an epic ride through the seasons on a breathwork exploration with Daniel.
Together, we breathe in tune with the natural cycles of our planet. A blissful meditation drops us into a golden aspen grove... while a dynamic soundscape guides us through release (fall), stillness (winter), rebirth (spring), and celebration (summer)... ultimately returning you to a state of peace and surrender.
Daniel will encourage exploration into breath, vocal toning, and movement along the arc of our embodiment journey.
