This is a recurring monthly workshop,  we will begin with a self-care check-in, then introduce a specific topic for the month to guide the rest of our time together. We will unpack, write, create, experiment, reflect, learn from each other, discuss, and share as we play with how this topic authentically exists for each of us, ultimately inspiring a unique self-care practice that you can take with you into the world. 

January's theme : the art of letting go to make space for what really matters right now. 

Join this reflective, conversational, experiential class as needed for a self-care top off OR come every month as a way to stay accountable to your own self-care. The workshop is intended to be built upon, so please join in as many as you are able to. 

*No experience necessary, just a desire to connect and have some fun, while learning how to take better care of ourselves as creatives. Light refreshments will be offered.
